Education & Training
Dr. Ortiz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. She is fellowship trained in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and earned a Diploma in Osteopractic from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, studying under the world renowned Dr. James Dunning.

Certifications & Specializations

Dr. Ortiz is certified in Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, and Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation. She attended the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she completed the “Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice” program. Dr. Ortiz also trained at the Upledger Institute, where she successfully completed both CS-1 and CS-2 in advanced CranioSacral Therapy techniques.

Dr. Ortiz is passionate about identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and physical dysfunction. She is dedicated to using evidence-based, cutting-edge techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Personal Interests
Outside of her practice, Dr. Ortiz enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Apollo (an English Yellow Lab) and Ace (a Black Lab mix). She is an avid traveler and enjoys playing competitive poker with her partner, Erik.
