Physical Therapy or Wellness Package 1

•Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) + 5 additional treatments (60 minutes each at a 10% total discount): $161 per visit

The benefit of this bundle, is that you may use the appointments as frequently or infrequently as you prefer. For example, you may want to come once per week for the first four weeks and then once per month for the next two months.

You may use your visits anytime within a 1 year time period.

Physical Therapy or Wellness Package 2

• Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) + 11 additional treatments (60 minutes each at a 15% total discount): $150 per visit

The benefit of this bundle, is that you may use the appointments as frequently or infrequently as you prefer. For example, you may want to come once per week for the first six weeks and then once per month for the next three months.

You may use your visits anytime within a 1 year time period. 

CranioSacral Therapy Package 1

• 4 CST sessions (60 minutes each at a 10% total discount): $180 per visit

The benefit of this bundle, is that you may use the appointments as frequently or infrequently as you prefer. For example, you may want to come once per week for the first two weeks and then once every 3 months for the next two visits.

You may use your visits anytime within a 1 year time period.

Dry Needling Package 1

•5 dry needling only session(30 minutes each at a 10% discount): $90 per visit

Life Coaching Package 1

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes) + 7 weekly  (1 hour sessions):  $200 per visit

Life Coaching Package 2

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes) + 11 weekly (1 hour sessions at a 10% total discount): $180 per visit

6 Month Membership

•Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) + 1 treatment earned per month (60 minutes each at a 10% total discount): $161 per visit

This is a 6 month commitment and you will be billed on the 1st of each month.


The benefit of this bundle, is that you may pay in monthly installments. Together you and your therapist will work to schedule appointments within the month that work for you. If you need to be seen less frequently than 1x per month, appointments will carry over and you may use them anytime within 1 year of your initial membership sign up date.

12 month Membership

•Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) + 1 treatment earned per month (60 minutes each at 15% total discount): $150 per visit

This is a 12 month commitment and you will be billed on the 1st of each month.


The benefit of this bundle, is that you may pay in monthly installments. Together you and your therapist will work to schedule appointments within the month that work for you. If you need to be seen less frequently than 1x per month, appointments will carry over and you may use them anytime within 1 year of your initial membership sign up date.
